Ingénieur OPC
Summary
As part of the launch of a large-scale industrial program, you will act as a Site OPC Engineer to lead the organization, coordination, and monitoring of construction activities across multiple sites. This is a long-term assignment based in Paris.
Your Missions
- Ensure OPC management (Scheduling, Steering, Coordination) across multi-site activities.
- Set up and manage schedules using Primavera P6. Coordinate project interfaces (construction works, engineering, technical packages, contractors).
- Organize and lead coordination meetings with all stakeholders. Track construction progress and analyze schedule deviations.
- Identify risks and propose corrective actions.
- Consolidate contractor schedules into the master schedule and ensure overall project coherence.
- Ensure compliance with milestones, deadlines, and project objectives.
Your Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial projects.
- Experience in planning and management of complex industrial projects. Involvement across the full project lifecycle, from design to construction.
- Strong exposure to multi-disciplinary environments.
- Management of schedule, cost, risk, and multi-interface coordination.
- Use of planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project). Experience in international, high-demand technical environments.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in OPC and planning on complex industrial projects.
- Strong command of Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder interfaces.
- Rigor, autonomy, and strong on-site leadership.
