Civil Engineer – Structural Engineering (based Switzerland)

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Civil Engineer specialized in Structural Engineering to join a multidisciplinary team.

You will be responsible for the design, coordination, and monitoring of structural engineering projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and structural dimensioning of:
  • Reinforced concrete
  • Precast and prestressed concrete
  • Steel structures
  • Timber structures
• Preparation of technical documentation:
  • Calculation notes
  • Technical reports
  • Expert opinions
• Cost management:
  • Estimates and quotations
  • Tender submissions
  • Final accounts
• Project methods and planning
• Technical coordination with project stakeholders
• Site supervision, monitoring, and quality control

Projects include outdoor facilities, residential buildings, villas, hospitals, schools, historical renovations, bridges, and public infrastructure.

Only candidates holding EU/EFTA passports are eligible for Swiss work permits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction projects (housing, industrial, public facilities, civil engineering works)
• Recent professional experience in Switzerland
• Fluent French (high level – written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Axis and Cubus software
• Knowledge of SIA standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
