Role Summary
As a Business Engineer, you will develop our business at the agency level, focusing on sales of technical assistance services and recruitment support for embedded software engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop commercial activity by selling technical assistance services on a project or fixed basis.
- Identify and prospect target accounts in embedded and connected object domains, setting appointments.
- Participate in sales and negotiation stages.
- Analyze contracts, draft proposals and reference sheets.
- Support hiring: interview candidates and follow‑up consultants.
- Organize and participate in agency marketing events (trade shows, conferences).
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, managing quality follow‑up.
Qualifications
- Studies at Bac+5 or specialized master; seeking final‑year internship.
- Background in IT or electronics, aiming for a commercial manager career.
- Understanding of embedded systems: real‑time, hardware constraints, communication with engineers.
- Experience in a professional environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, perseverance, and a passion for growth.
