Role Overview

We seek a Conseiller Commercial for the individual market across Orne agencies (La Ferte Macé – Domfront – Flers). The role involves prospecting, client management, and achieving commercial targets to protect and support clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospects and policyholders to secure their insurance coverage and support their projects.
• Conduct proactive prospecting actions to grow a portfolio of private clients.
• Commit to achieving concrete sales objectives and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Participate in a 4‑month training program to integrate, develop insurance knowledge, and reach goals.
