Missions

• Pilot projects of occupational risk prevention: you are responsible for leading the project group from programme design to outcome evaluation.
• Communicate and report on your programme, proposing orientations to the service direction.
• Design or be the reference for financial incentive devices linked to the programme you manage (TPE subsidies, prevention contracts, injunctions …).
• Follow a portfolio of companies in a geographic area: encourage companies to consider workplace health, ensuring your recommendations are taken into account.
• Act as the primary liaison for various company stakeholders (business leaders, management, employees, HR, RIA…) leveraging our service offering (documentation, training, financial incentives).
• Organise practice‑exchange sessions and help improve intervention processes within companies: lead internal exchange groups to address intervention difficulties; identify needs for new practices and propose experimental protocols.
• Act as interim for the technical manager of the western Rhône‑district team when absent or requested (team‑meeting facilitation, technical validation of prevention team communications).
• Develop and coordinate our partner network across the territory: identify and coordinate partners (SPST, DREETS, professional and employee unions …) to implement prevention actions; ensure they deploy best practices across groups of companies and foster convergence of prevention actions.
• Document, monitor and evaluate these partnerships.
• Perform other cross‑cutting missions such as: participation in the Regional Committee for Recognition of Occupational Diseases (CRRMP); participation in joint bodies (Regional AT/MP Commission and Regional Technical Committee).
