He/she leads, monitors and develops the customer portfolio within his/her scope, based on the sales policy defined by management.**Job Description**SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

  • Develop customer loyalty and sales in the area (participation, prospecting, customer visits, promotion of offers, portfolio management, etc.)
  • Identify customer needs, define the probability of success and propose an appropriate solution (technical and commercial), while ensuring that risks (payments, returns, contracts, etc.) are controlled
  • Build and negotiate commercial and technical offers in collaboration with stakeholders (quotations, costings, bids, etc.)
  • Negotiate and conclude business deals in compliance with commercial conditions (general terms and conditions of purchase and sale, terms of payment, applicable penalties, etc.)
  • Preparing responses to calls for tender and customer enquiries
  • Analyze the market and monitor the competition in order to identify new opportunities (markets, customers, technologies, etc.)
  • Update customer data in business tools (contacts, e-mail addresses, customer fleets, etc.) and competitor data
  • Enter opportunities and actions (sales proposals, visit reports, etc.) into business tools
  • Manage project launches (kick-off meetings, documentation, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support project implementation (compliance with contractual commitments, etc.), in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate additional work to complete projects
  • Contribute to the resolution of customer disputes and the collection of accounts receivable, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Assemble financing files in collaboration with external financial organizations or manufacturers, where appropriate

  • Contribute to the management of commercial disputes and collections within its perimeter

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGEDIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)5 years' higher education in sales or engineering and/or significant experience preferred
