Infrastructure Project Leader - Hybrid IT / Cloud / Enterprise Infrastructure - EU Agency

NTT DATA is looking for an Infrastructure Project Leader for an EU agency in Strasbourg. This position can be performed onsite or in a hybrid working mode.

Position Overview

The Infrastructure Project Leader is a senior delivery role responsible for leading end‑to‑end IT infrastructure projects across hybrid and multinational environments, ensuring high‑quality execution aligned with operational excellence, security standards, and governance frameworks. This position requires EU citizenship for at least 10 years and fluency in English .

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure projects across multinational environments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams (systems, networks, cloud, security, workplace, and operations).
• Manage project scope, planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Oversee service transition to operations, ensuring stability and continuity.
• Act as the main point of contact for technical stakeholders, business teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL‑based processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, automation, and operational resilience.
• Prepare executive reporting and manage budget tracking.
• Support audit, compliance, and security processes.

Your Profile

• You must hold or be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 10 years of EU nationality is required).
• You are fluent in English (C1 level minimum). French or another EU language is an advantage.
• Proven experience leading complex, large‑scale IT infrastructure projects in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of service management and operations in critical environments.
• Great experience working with hybrid infrastructures: on‑premises, cloud, and data centers.
• Solid technical background in:
• Networking
• Cloud platforms (Azure is mandatory)
• Enterprise infrastructure and security
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and project management methodologies.
• Experience working with international teams and third‑party vendors.

Nice to Have

• Other CSPs besides Azure are considered an advantage.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent.
• Experience in large‑scale corporate or public sector environments.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects supporting large‑scale, mission‑critical or European IT systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience in critical operations environments.
