As part of a strategic initiative within a global pharmaceutical environment, we are looking for a Junior to Professional Project Manager to contribute to the delivery of IT infrastructure projects supporting multiple business units in a highly regulated GMP context.

Mission Objectives :

• Manage and support Global IT Infrastructure projects in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Drive infrastructure-focused initiatives while coordinating closely with impacted business units (Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, etc.)
• Apply the V-Model methodology, including preparation and coordination of key documentation (URS, FS/DS, validation deliverables such as IQ/OQ/PQ where applicable)
• Ensure systems are classified and managed according to GAMP principles and categories
• Act as the central coordination point between Global IT Infrastructure, business stakeholders, Quality, and external vendors
• Conduct light Business Analysis activities, including requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and process understanding
• Ensure alignment with enterprise IT infrastructure standards (networks, servers, cloud/on-prem environments, applications, integrations)
• Ensure alignment with IT best practices, preferably based on ITIL processes (change, release, service management)
• Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, and provide regular status reporting
• Support vendor and system integrator coordination
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

Key Skills :

• Proven experience in GMP-regulated environments (pharma, biotech, or medical devices)
• Strong understanding of GAMP principles and system categorization
• Good knowledge of V-Model project lifecycle (URS, FS/DS, validation documentation)
• Solid understanding of global IT infrastructure concepts
• Familiarity with ITIL-based practices and IT service management processes
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Fluent German (mandatory)
• Strong documentation and structured working approach

Profile :

• Engineering degree or equivalent background in IT, infrastructure or systems
• Junior to mid-level experience in project management (strong GMP exposure can compensate for limited PM experience)
• Strong interest or initial experience in Business Analysis
• Experience working with external vendors or service providers is a plus
• Autonomous, proactive and quality-oriented mindset
• Ability to work at the interface between IT and business teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in German and good command of English
