Infrastructure & Deployment Manager

The Infrastructure & Deployment Manager acts as both Product Owner Manager for MCS solutions and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team manager for cross BL solutions. As Product Owners Manager, leads and supports a team of Product Owners by aligning their work with business strategy, facilitating their development, and ensuring consistent delivery of value through effective backlog management and stakeholder collaboration. As SRE team manager, oversees and guides SRE leadership, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of systems while aligning their initiatives with organizational objectives and fostering team development.

Mission et Responsabilités

• Lead industrial software infrastructure product roadmap and priorities
• Lead and manage Industrial Software Product Owners
• Ensure backlog alignment and value-driven prioritization
• Align product and technical delivery with business needs
• Define infrastructure and deployment strategy
• Lead SRE teams to ensure reliability and performance
• Ensure security, compliance and cost optimization

Profil

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, SRE or software engineering roles.
• Proven experience as Product Owner or in a product-oriented environment (roadmap, backlog, prioritization).
• Strong experience in managing technical and distributed teams.
• Solid background in Security & IT infrastructure, industrial system architecture and deployment practices.
• Experience in large-scale or industrial software environments is a plus.

Compétences techniques

• Product management fundamentals (roadmap, backlog management, prioritization)
• Expertise in Manufacturing infrastructure
• Solid understanding of system architecture, networking and security principles
• Experience with Agile development methodology & practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools
• Experience with monitoring, logging and observability tools
