Overview

We are seeking an Infra, DBA and interface expert to join our team of consultants in our Montreal office. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into both teams to address capacity gaps, depending on operational needs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of years of relevant experience and industry certifications (e.g., MSCE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer).
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional experience (experience in the healthcare network is an asset).
• Solid experience with hardware environments and operating systems (Windows Server, Unix/Linux).
• Proven experience in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting application servers and databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare).
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure AD, Office 365).
• Knowledge and experience with Citrix environments.
• Proficient in scripting (PowerShell).
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management using the ITIL framework.
• Ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
• Ability to document, standardize, and improve processes related to system operations and support.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) adapted to various types of stakeholders.
