Industrialisation Lead: Prototype to Small-Series Production

Gallium Defense is seeking a Lead Industrialisation to coordinate the manufacturing of first test prototypes and to build the small-series production capability from day one. You will bridge internal teams and external partners, acting as interim procurement lead during the initial phase.

You will work closely with R&D to embed manufacturing constraints early, drive cost reductions, and ensure robust, scalable production processes in a fast-moving startup environment.
