Industrial Project Manager

• Conduct project feasibility studies in collaboration with suppliers, site teams, and Essity support functions
• Prepare specifications to obtain quotations in line with Essity standards
• Manage technical projects involving direct interfaces with the plant and/or provide support for projects involving external and/or multiple interfaces
• Independently manage technical and civil engineering projects across all technology, process, and finished-product areas, in line with the approved budget
• Apply the PRIME process by complying with the standards, stages, objectives, and success criteria for each project, particularly with regard to costs, timelines, communication, training, change management, and risk analysis
• Collaborate with and involve internal teams in project planning, monitoring, and implementation
• Track forecasts, share them with stakeholders, and implement monitoring tools
• Take ownership of contracts awarded to service providers
• Provide cross-functional management of external and international contractors, as well as internal teams

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in project management, with knowledge of automation and control systems
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in continuous industrial processes
• Fluent English is essential for working in an international environment; B2 level required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Planneur
• Self-directed, responsive, rigorous, with strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills, and a team-oriented mindset
