TETRA Infrastructure Lifecycle Project Manager – M/F

• Lead operations to maintain and ensure the long-term sustainability of the TETRA infrastructure
• Manage hardware and software obsolescence
• Coordinate the renewal of equipment and infrastructure
• Manage industrial contracts and associated services
• Ensure control of costs, timelines, risks, and quality
• Lead project governance bodies and provide management reporting
• Coordinate internal maintenance, operations, engineering, procurement, and security stakeholders
• Coordinate industrial partners
• Prepare the technical and financial decisions required to ensure service continuity

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an engineering school or university
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex technical projects
• Knowledge of telecommunications, networks, industrial systems, or critical infrastructure
• Knowledge of professional radio networks is a plus
• Experience in transportation, telecommunications, or critical systems is a plus
• Experience managing public-sector procurement contracts or major industrial contracts is a plus
• Ability to manage suppliers and contracts
• Strong command of project management tools
• Analytical mindset, strong summarization skills, and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
