Are you passionate about immigration law and eager to grow in an innovative, international legal environment? Lexidy is looking for a talented and driven legal professional to join our Immigration Department , reporting to the Head of Immigration France and supporting other areas of the firm. You'll work closely with international clients on a variety of immigration-related matters and play a key role in enhancing our service delivery.

Support the legal team in optimizing immigration processes and enhancing client experiences through innovative technology and dedicated service. Promote collaboration and efficiency while contributing to a team culture rooted in continuous improvement and client care.

• Client Growth and Retention: Help achieve department growth targets by securing new clients and retaining existing ones.
• Visa Experience (preferred): Visitor Visas, Talent Visas, Change of Status, Entrepreneur Visas, Residence and Work Permits for Highly Qualified Professionals, Family of EU Citizens, and Citizenship procedures (descent, marriage, naturalization).
• Liaison with Authorities: Experience with French Immigration Offices, Consulates, Courts, and digital application platforms is highly valued.
• High-Quality Service Delivery: Ensure clients’ immigration needs are addressed effectively, efficiently, and in line with legal standards.
• Sales and First Contact: Respond to initial client inquiries, explain our value proposition, and convert leads into satisfied clients.
• Client Feedback: Regularly collect and apply feedback to enhance service and client satisfaction.
• Advising and Cross-Selling: Identify additional services that can benefit clients and contribute to their long-term immigration goals.
• Content Creation: Write informative articles, blogs, and other content to educate clients and share legal insights.
• Process Optimization: Provide feedback to streamline operations and increase departmental efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure accurate, up-to-date information and adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal procedures.
• Mentorship: Support and guide trainees and junior consultants.
• Client Support: Handle low to medium-complexity cases, including document preparation, communication with authorities, and legal advice.
• Ongoing Communication: Maintain strong relationships with leads and clients through regular follow-ups and updates.

• A degree in Law and registration with the French Bar Association or are currently an Élève Avocat
• At least 1 year of experience in French Immigration Law (internships count!)
• Prior work in an immigration law firm is a strong plus
• Fluent English (C1/C2); clear and persuasive in both speech and writing

• A proven ability to build lasting client relationships and contribute to business growth
