• A concept and design for the technical support system delivered, followed by a coordinated pilot phase and a pilot report capturing results and lessons learned.
• Snapshot, response-rate, reporting and notification cycles coordinated and delivered on schedule and to the required quality.

• Standardization of key MARS processes and templates progressed and documented.
