• Development of new, targeted technical content to build capacity among key government stakeholders
• High-quality, synthesized information available on current status of government engagement, key priorities, and technical barriers
• Strategy for engagement Nigerian stakeholders developed and deployed to support the technical efforts of NiMERP
• Timely and accurate notification reports distributed to stakeholders Performance indicators will be the following:
• The effectiveness and management of the work.
• Speed and quality of delivery of tasks.
• Quality of communications with UNEP staff and external stakeholders.
