ICT / IT Integration Manager (F/H)

About this opportunity

The IT Integration Manager acts as the point of contact for the client and other stakeholders. During construction, the role is responsible for managing all IT integration services required for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring seamless coordination between systems, contractors, and client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Positively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Delivering high-quality services and ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Identifying, documenting, and managing construction phasing deliverables for ICT systems and related CSA and MEP interfaces.
  • Managing and ensuring compliance with the telecom material procurement process.
  • Reporting project progress to the client and internal teams.
  • Managing telecom installer and general contractor compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinating client snagging, handover, and issue close‑out processes.
  • Creating, updating, and utilising acceptance smart forms for beneficial use spaces and systems.
  • Providing scheduling input and guidance on design solutions, change orders, optioneering, and proposals that may affect project milestones.
  • Conducting continuous self‑appraisal and sharing integration lessons learned across regions to drive improvements.
  • Participating in the change management process and supporting change justification.
  • Providing input on proposed phasing changes or delays and offering mitigation solutions to protect committed deliverables.
  • Coordinating the development of security installations and approving physical security guarding requirements.
  • Coordinating and managing timely procurement of ICT integration packages.
  • Coordinating integration scopes to support, and not impede, the commissioning process.
  • Performing and recording regular site installation quality reviews and coordinating handover activities.
  • Managing and owning the turnover to operations process for each area or facility.
  • Coordinating partial or complete facility lockdown processes.
  • Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.

Who we’re looking for

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

  • Solid experience in ITC / IT integration on data centre or mission‑critical projects (on‑site).
  • Proven ability to manage complex interfaces between ICT, MEP and CSA packages.
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
  • Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills.
  • Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Eligible to work in France.
  • National mobility.
