Description:

As a project manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, as cross-functional projects in Distribution Network & Independent Aftermarket team, including Independent AfterMarket (IAM), Direct From Supplier (DFS) perimeter or others.

You’ll work with business units, counterparts, and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, in alignment with Stellantis strategy and business objectives, on delay & on budget.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Prioritize the roadmap and releases.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Analyse business requirements, participate in design phase, support and control writing of specifications.
  • Monitor project performance and manage risks, changes and issues.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate landscape simplification via decommissioning of applications or move to cloud initiatives.
  • Ensure the stability of applications (SOX compliance, security breaches identification/remediation).
  • Include AI uses cases into solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years’ experience in project management in diverse organization.
  • English - B2 or higher.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working in international environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
