Role Summary

As an Solutions Architect - IT Dealer Network Technical Lead, you will lead the design, development, and lifecycle ownership of IT solutions supporting global dealer network operations across Stellantis. You will define and govern the target architecture, translate dealer and business needs into actionable technical requirements, and deliver solutions that meet business outcomes while adhering to IT standards. You will operate with a product-oriented mindset, owning the Dealer Network Digital Platform (including capabilities such as CRM, DMS, and sales enablement) and ensuring cross-product consistency, performance, and reliability.

Scope

This role owns the end-to-end technical delivery and production health of the Dealer Network Digital Platform, covering dealer-facing applications and integrations with core enterprise systems (e.g., ERP and BI). It interfaces with Product, Business Owners, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Operations, and Release Management teams across regions.

Performance & KPIs

  • Reliability: meet availability targets for critical dealer services; reduce MTTR and recurring incidents through root-cause elimination.
  • Delivery: predictable release cadence with high on-time delivery for roadmap commitments and clear change communication.
  • Quality: lower production defect leakage and change failure rate via automation, peer review, and strong test strategy.
  • Integration SLAs: ensure key interfaces meet agreed uptime/latency/error-rate targets and are monitored end-to-end.
  • Security & compliance: remediate vulnerabilities within defined timelines and close audit findings on schedule.
  • Dealer/user experience: improve performance of critical user journeys and increase adoption/satisfaction for delivered capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own technical discovery by analyzing dealer network requirements and translating them into clear solution options aligned with enterprise architecture and business strategy.
  • Design and implement dealer platform capabilities (e.g., CRM, DMS, e-commerce, sales enablement) using modern engineering practices and fit-for-purpose technologies.
  • Define and maintain integration patterns to ensure interoperability with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, BI) and external partners.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and quality standards, embedding best practices across design, code, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Project/Delivery, Operations, and Release teams to plan deployments, manage dependencies, and execute smooth releases.
  • Lead production support for owned services by implementing monitoring/alerting, troubleshooting incidents, and driving root-cause analysis.
  • Manage the Dealer Network Digital Platform as a product: align execution to vision and roadmap, enforce cross-tool consistency, and continuously improve performance and reliability.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications with strong ownership through production.
  • Proficiency in at least one mainstream backend language (e.g., Java or C#) and strong fundamentals in APIs and integration patterns.
  • Experience with modern engineering toolchains (e.g., Git, CI/CD such as Jenkins, and frameworks such as Spring).
  • Cloud (AWS, Azure), Observability, Digital Platforms like Abode and Salesforce, web site architecture & technical stack mastering.
  • Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams and regions.
