Hybrid EPM Project Lead - Pigment ERP for HR/Finance

L’Oréal Beauty Tech is seeking an IT Project Manager for the end-to-end implementation of Pigment, our new EPM platform. You will lead the IT ownership post go-live, ensuring governance, data integrity, and lifecycle management across HR/Finance domains.

The role requires 5–10 years in IT project management, ERP/EPM expertise, and strong stakeholder management in a multicultural environment. Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a plus. A Master’s degree in a related field is expected.
