YOUR FUTURE TEAM
Our Global HR Tech Team manages a set of digital services for employees, managers, and HR teams worldwide.
Responsibilities
- System Run & Support Leadership : oversee daily operations, system stability, and release management of our SuccessFactors modules with a focus on user experience and system health.
- Continuous Optimization & Expertise : act as the go‑to guide for SuccessFactors, analyze system performance, identify improvement areas, and advise on module optimization.
- Empowering Stakeholder Partnerships : build strong, trust‑based relationships with global HR teams, IT support networks, and external partners, translating technical jargon into actionable advice.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of HRIS project management experience focused on SuccessFactors; experience with Time Off is a real plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for driving impactful projects.
