• Mettre en œuvre le plan de vente.
• Piloter le réseau des gestionnaires clients.
• Maintenir le portefeuille et instaurer la confiance avec les assurés.
• Assurer la croissance et la rentabilité du portefeuille Énergie.
• Analyser les risques des clients Énergie pour offrir une couverture optimale et mettre à jour les contrats.
• Développer le portefeuille Énergie par une prospection commerciale ciblée (appels, visites).
• Définir et suivre les stratégies et tactiques de prospection.
• Préparer, participer et assurer le suivi des réunions d’équipe et commerciales.
• Appliquer les directives commerciales du Groupe.
• Soutenir les équipes techniques sur les placements complexes.
• Répondre aux appels d’offres.
