Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Independently manage HR for a defined scope across multiple sites
• Provide expertise in labor law, human resources management and HR support
• Contribute to implementing the Group HR strategy
• Support and advise managers
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation
• Participate in employee/industrial relations and in facilitating the Works Council (CSE)
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Identify and assess training needs

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's level / Bac+5) in Human Resources or Labor/Social Law
• At least 8 years' experience in a similar role within a multi-site industrial environment with multiple legal entities
• Autonomy and flexibility
• Proven HR management experience and initial experience in employee relations
• Good knowledge of labor regulations and the economic challenges of the role
• Geographic mobility / willingness to travel
