Job Description
To support our scale, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the People team. Reporting into our Lead HRBP, you will contribute at both hands‑on and strategic levels, as a trusted partner to our teams and as a program manager to cultivate and develop a best‑in‑class employee experience. You have strong decision‑making skills with a thorough understanding of talent management and organizational design within technology companies, to support our teams’ rapid growth.
Your role will comprise of
- HR Business Partnering:
- Set up rituals with managers and team members to build relationships of trust and become the preferred contact for the teams.
- Be the privileged HR point of contact to accompany teams at all steps of the employee life cycle (on‑boarding, 3‑month and 6‑month feedback, performance assessment, compensation review, internal transfer, off‑boarding…).
- Advise people managers on organization design, individual performance review, promotions, compensation.
- Advise employees on learning & development opportunities, career pathing and evolution.
- Act as the internal communication relay to ensure compliance and contribute to the animation of new HR processes and company culture to maximize retention.
- Talent Development:
- Participate and establish projects related to the People team roadmap.
- Build and run rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs to inform on program or process impact measurements.
Profile we are looking for
- Strong experience in a similar position, with experience in a fast‑growing environment.
- Well‑rounded experience on a variety of HR‑related topics: onboarding, learning & development, legal, compensation & benefits.
- Excellent at creating trust and developing strong working relationships at all levels.
- Excellent writing and conversational communication skills in French and English.
- Experience driving performance management in a fast‑growing company (over 500 hires per year).
- Experience supporting internal stakeholders in projects such as designing organisations and anticipating future needs and stakes.
