Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Operation & Maintenance HSE Coordinator to support and ensure the effective implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements during operations and maintenance activities, in compliance with project specifications and company standards.Missions

• Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements on site
• Supervise and monitor HSE performance during O&M activities
• Implement and manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are in place
• Coordinate and oversee Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) to prevent conflicts and risks
• Perform regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure workforce awareness of HSE requirements
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and non-conformities, and follow up on corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation
• Liaise with contractors, site teams, and management on all HSE-related matters

• Proven field experience in HSE supervision within operations and maintenance environments
• Strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems
• Solid experience in risk assessment and hazard identification
• Demonstrated experience managing SIMOPS activities
• Good understanding of Oil & Gas industry standards and practices
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment

• English: Fluent (mandatory)
• Portuguese: Desirable
