Responsibilities:

You will be the primary people strategy point of contact to the teams you support.

You are passionate about understanding and optimizing the day-to-day experience of our people, and are there to help guide our employees through their career journey

You will be working with the People Strategy team and business leaders to ensure that employee initiatives are in line with and reinforce our company's culture and core values

You will be providing support and coaching to managers on HR matters such as employee engagement, performance management, talent reviews, disciplinary/grievances, misconduct, and absences.

Working closely with HR center of excellence teams, you will ensure contract documentation and changes to terms, salaries, and bonuses are following local regulations.
