About the Role

• End-to-End Recruitment : Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical roles in France; align with hiring needs, source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure timely onboarding.
• Employee Lifecycle Management : Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle including employment contracts, probation management, performance feedback, transfers, separations, and employee relations management.
• French Labor Compliance : Ensure strict adherence to French labor laws and regulations; manage leave, sick days, working hours, and proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Office Administration : Manage daily office operations, vendor coordination, facility management, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the French team.
• Cross-Cultural Bridge : Act as the key liaison between the French local team and China HQ; drive HR policy implementation and facilitate effective cross-cultural communication & collaboration.

Qualifications

• French Fluency : Must be fluent in French and English; able to communicate independently with local employees.
• French Local Experience : Prior study, living, or working experience in France; familiar with French workplace culture and labor regulations.
• 5+ Years of Solid HR Background : Proven corporate HR experience in Employee Relations, Compliance, and full-cycle HR; strong professional background. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in an overseas environment.
• Willingness for Expatriation : Strong willingness to accept long-term expatriation to France; stable career mindset for long-term development. Company-sponsored French EU Blue Card and work visa.
