Your Role In Our Team

• Administration and continuous development of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management System, Compensation) in a national and international environment
• Support for the introduction of new SAP SuccessFactors modules from roll‑out to follow‑up
• 1st and 2nd level support for SAP SuccessFactors
• Implementation of user training and knowledge transfer for SAP SuccessFactors
• Design and optimization of processes in an international context as well as active promotion of digitization in the field of HR
• Creation of documentation and modeling of processes using BPMN
• Optional: Administration of UKG Pro Workforce Management

You Fit In Well With Us

• Training/studies in the IT environment, e.g. business informatics, digitization management, computer science or similar, if necessary, with appropriate further training, alternatively business education/studies with experience in the above‑mentioned area of responsibility
• Proven practical experience in the administration of SAP SuccessFactors
• Basic knowledge of requirements management, ideally with experience in an international environment
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills combined with an independent and structured way of working
• Experience in the administration of UKG Pro Workforce Management is an advantage
• Very good command of the English language, both written and verbal
• German language skills (C2, C1) would be a plus
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis for user training, and knowledge transfer activities.
