We offer our consultants the opportunity to support the implementation of large‑scale HRIS projects for our major clients. These projects aim to anticipate current changes in the function by addressing challenges and proposing innovative tools that help organizations in their transformation.

Your Missions

• Implement Core HR solutions for truly international Human Resources management.
• Assist our clients in talent management: training management, performance and skills management, mobility and recruitment.
• Pool and standardize Human Resources tools and processes.
• Work with clients on one or more phases of an HRIS project, from upstream studies to change management, through functional design and deployment assistance.

Votre Profil

You are

• Holder of a BAC+5 degree (business school, engineering school, or university), interested in Information Systems, and fluent in French.
• Willing to invest in the development of our HRIS offer and participate in designing major projects on talent management and HRIS development internationally.
• Have experience in HRIS issues from a consulting firm or an HR/HRIS department, mastering one of the market tools (Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Talentsoft, etc.). Proficiency in English is a significant asset.
• Rough, organized, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and analytical thinking.
