Your missions
- Implement Core HR solutions for true international Human Resources management,
- Assist our clients in talent management: training management, performance and skills management, mobility and recruitment, ...
- Pool and standardize Human Resources tools and processes
- You may work with one of our clients on one or more phases of an HRIS project, from upstream studies to change management, through functional design and deployment assistance.
You will benefit from all mc2i HRIS expertise and feedback through our capitalization clubs and our training catalog.
As part of the development of our HRIS offer, you may participate in the activities of our "HRIS" center of expertise organized around capitalization and functional and technical monitoring of major HRIS ecosystem trends.
To support the development of our offer, you may be involved in our publications (blogs, press, ...) and in the commercial activity of our firm.

Qualifications
You are With a BAC+5 degree (business school, engineering school, or university), you are interested in Information Systems. You speak French fluently. You wish to invest in the development of our HRIS offer and participate in the design of major projects on talent management and HRIS development internationally. You have experience in HRIS issues gained in a consulting firm or within an HR/HRIS Department. You master one of the market tools (Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Talentsoft, ...). Proficiency in English is a significant asset. You are rigorous, organized, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and analytical thinking.
