Find your fit — and your future.**About the Role**As an HR Specialist at LS&Co., you’ll support the HR team by delivering high‐quality HR administration and acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, processes, and systems, and who wants to build hands‐on experience across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll support both our Corporate and Retail employees, owning HR cases and escalating queries when needed. You’ll work closely with HR colleagues, developing your knowledge of HR processes, labour law, and HR systems in a collaborative and supportive team environment.**Key Responsibilities****Employee Lifecycle & HR Administration**
  • Prepare and issue Corporate and Retail employment contracts within agreed timelines
  • Process employment confirmations for active and inactive employees
  • Support starters, leavers, and employee data changes, ensuring all documentation and letters are issued, tracked, returned, and archived correctly
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience**First Point of Contact**
  • Act as a first-line contact for employee and manager HR administration queries via phone, email, and HR portals (e.g. holidays, absences, system access, compensation & benefits)
  • Provide clear and timely guidance, escalating queries to the wider HR team when appropriate**HR Systems & Data**
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in Workday
  • Support managers and employees with HR system queries and best practices
  • Create and maintain employee files within the payroll system
  • Manage HR cases via the Service

Now ticketing system, in line with SLAs and priorities**HR Team Support & Projects**

  • Draft disciplinary and formal HR letters in collaboration with the HR team
  • Support performance reviews, evaluations, engagement initiatives, and year‐end evaluation processes
  • Help write and update HR content on the internal portal (Threads)
  • Maintain HR templates and documentation in line with the LS&Co HR brand
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team as required
  • Support HR projects, including DE&I and wellbeing initiatives
  • Continuously look for ways to improve HR processes, efficiency, and sustainability**About You**
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Initial experience in HR administration or operational HR (retail exposure is an advantage)
  • Solid knowledge of French Labour Law, with a willingness to continue learning
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A service‐oriented mindset with a proactive, team‐player approach
  • Comfortable working with systems and data (Excel, HRIS, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English

This is a hybrid position based in our Paris office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary for this role is € 38,200 per year. The amount an employee will earn will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
