Head of Sales France
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to head our Sales and Key Account Management team in France. In this pivotal role, you will lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team with deep marketexpertiseto deliver ambitious Net Revenue and Profit targets. Beyond driving commercial results,you’llplay a critical role in shaping customer partnerships, strengthening brand equity, and delivering a consistently exceptional experience to both customers and consumers.**Key Responsibilities**Develop and execute long-term business plans focused on revenue growth, profitability, brand positioning, and customer experience. 10yrs+ experience in wholesale, Ability to effectively collaborate, partner and influencein order todrive profitable results
Ability to communicate effectively- fluent English and French Proven ability to grow a business effectively and run a P&L Excellent leadership,communicationand negotiation skills
The expected salary range for this role is €73,900- € 98,500 per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
