HR Records Coordinator
Job Title HR Records Coordinator Location Paris TX Company Harper Corporate Services Full Time Competitive Salary Benefits Role Overview Were looking for an HR Records Coordinator to join our team and help support the activities of the Human Resources Department This position is responsible for managing and maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements STARTING PAYRATE 19 23 per hour PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE Monday Friday; 8am 5pm Depending on demand in some instances extended work hours may be needed What Youll Do Manage records through all necessary channels related to hiring promotions terminations transfers and other employment status changes
Handle requests for employment verification letters of reference or other record related inquiries from outside entities
Handling incoming and outgoing communications such as answering phone calls emails and directing messages to the appropriate staff
What Were Looking For High School Diploma or GED and one to three years related experience
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information securely
Candidates with bilingual proficiency will be given priority consideration
