HR Project Officer, Statutory & Legal Expertise

• Provide high-level statutory and legal expertise
• Analyze and process complex or sensitive individual cases
• Advise the HR Director and HR teams by providing well-reasoned analyses
• Draft expert reports and decision-support notes
• Identify legal, statutory, and organizational risks
• Secure disciplinary procedures and prevent litigation

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources, Law, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Expertise in labor law
• Proficiency with project management and data analysis tools
