• Candidate sourcing: Develop partnerships with local stakeholders, publish job postings on communication channels (job sites and social networks...)
• Recruitment: Conduct site visits, interviews, and follow up on applications.
• Employee support: Integrating new temporary employees, supporting temporary employees regarding working conditions and safety
• Administrative management of personnel: Ensuring administrative follow-up (contract renewals, medical examinations, insurance, etc.), performing HR checks before data entry, carrying out administrative follow-up of lateness, absences and sick leave (declarations), managing disciplinary matters
• Customer follow-up and satisfaction: Ensure follow-up of temporary workers with managers and the HR department, maintain a relationship of trust with site managers and the HR department, implement projects with a view to continuous improvement.

Hours: Day shift. Work organization: Hybrid position -> 3 days with clients and 2 days in the office.

Profile

More than a degree, we are primarily looking for skills and interpersonal abilities. You have initial experience in a recruitment agency or on-site. You are dynamic, enjoy being in the field, and work closely with teams to oversee the integration and monitoring of temporary workers. Based directly at the client's site, you are known for your flexibility, team spirit, and rigor, enabling you to meet the needs of temporary workers and the requirements of the assignments.
