What we are looking for

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and committed HR People Partner . Reporting to the France HR Director , you will play a critical role in driving the HR strategy for the Back Office (Siège), supporting organisational evolution, and acting as a key partner for back office functions within the company. You will also be responsible for Talent activities in France, focusing on people development and on the main talent processes, managing 1 direct report.

You will work closely with the Leadership Team Members acting as a key partner to achieve company goals, supporting both organisational design and people development initiatives in an international environment.

With a strong Business-centric mindset, able to operate in a dynamic and evolving organisation, the role combines strategic HR activities and process governance in collaboration with People Services and Corporate HR teams.

Key responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with Directors and managers across back office functions to guide organizational and people development
  • Support organisational design and transformation initiatives, focusing on the evolution of our organization aligning Corporate blueprint with local needs

Manage strategic workforce planning for the back-office organisation, ensuring alignment with budget and continuous improvement of talent mix

Support performance management, including coaching managers, improving low performance situations and disciplinary actions where needed

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, focusing on recruiting the best talents and developing the current workforce
  • Support strategic initiatives such as transformation programmes, high performing team workshops and training programs

Talent Processes

Collaborate with local and global HR teams to ensure the correct execution of key HR processes such as Performance Development Review, Talent Review, and Engagement surveys

  • Drive talent development and career progression, identifying appropriate training and development paths
  • Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives for back-office populations, in coordination with Corporate teams
  • Guarantee Amplifon’s Top Employer positioning at local level, achieving improvements every year in our HR processes and best practices

What you need

Education and experience

  • University Degree in Economics, Law, Psychology or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR roles, including solid experience as HR Business Partner
  • Proven experience in complex and international environments
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices
  • Experience managing stakeholders at senior leadership level
  • Experience in managing HR analytics, FTEs, labour costs and budget topics
  • Good skills in labour law and experience in works council presentations
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Experience managing small teams or direct reports
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to balance strategic and operational activities
