People Operations Apprentice – Join our People Team as a key contributor to employee experience across France, Spain, Italy, Canada, Mexico, and the MEA region.
Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and related processes.
- Contribute to HR data accuracy and the smooth running of tools (HRIS, reporting).
- Assist with payroll variable collection and coordination with external providers.
- Help ensure compliance with internal processes and local regulations.
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support to People Business Partners.
- Handle routine requests from managers and employees.
- Bridge the gap between HR initiatives and their concrete execution.
- Participate in documenting and updating People Operations processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions.
- Contribute to building tools and resources for employees and managers.
Exploration Areas (based on interests)
- HR Data & Reporting : contribute to dashboards and track indicators.
- Digitalization : take part in process optimization and automation initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits : support benchmarking exercises and compensation analyses.
- Learning & Development : help coordinate training activities and monitor the training budget.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a 2‑year apprenticeship program (M1 or M2) in Human Resources, Labour Law, or a related field.
- A first academic or practical exposure to HR operations is a plus (internship, project work, etc.).

- Rigor and attention to detail : handle sensitive data and processes where accuracy matters.
- Organizational skills : manage multiple tasks and deadlines with calm and structure.
- Interpersonal skills : communicate clearly and professionally, including in cross‑functional and international settings.
- Proactivity : take initiative, flag issues early, and look for solutions before being asked.
- Discretion and confidentiality : handle people‑related information with care.
- Adaptability : thrive in a fast‑moving environment where priorities can shift.
Tools & Languages
- Comfortable with standard office tools (Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides).
- Familiarity with an HRIS is a plus, not a requirement.
- Professional English required (our teams and tools are international).
