People Operations Apprentice – Join our People Team as a key contributor to employee experience across France, Spain, Italy, Canada, Mexico, and the MEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and related processes.
  • Contribute to HR data accuracy and the smooth running of tools (HRIS, reporting).
  • Assist with payroll variable collection and coordination with external providers.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal processes and local regulations.
  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support to People Business Partners.
  • Handle routine requests from managers and employees.
  • Bridge the gap between HR initiatives and their concrete execution.
  • Participate in documenting and updating People Operations processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions.
  • Contribute to building tools and resources for employees and managers.

Exploration Areas (based on interests)

  • HR Data & Reporting : contribute to dashboards and track indicators.
  • Digitalization : take part in process optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits : support benchmarking exercises and compensation analyses.
  • Learning & Development : help coordinate training activities and monitor the training budget.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a 2‑year apprenticeship program (M1 or M2) in Human Resources, Labour Law, or a related field.
  • A first academic or practical exposure to HR operations is a plus (internship, project work, etc.).

  • Rigor and attention to detail : handle sensitive data and processes where accuracy matters.
  • Organizational skills : manage multiple tasks and deadlines with calm and structure.
  • Interpersonal skills : communicate clearly and professionally, including in cross‑functional and international settings.
  • Proactivity : take initiative, flag issues early, and look for solutions before being asked.
  • Discretion and confidentiality : handle people‑related information with care.
  • Adaptability : thrive in a fast‑moving environment where priorities can shift.

Tools & Languages

  • Comfortable with standard office tools (Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides).
  • Familiarity with an HRIS is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Professional English required (our teams and tools are international).
