About The Role
Luni is a team of 50, based in Bordeaux, with an office in Paris and team members working across several countries. It’s a small, high‑impact People team of three (Alexia, Louise and Delphine). The role is based in Bordeaux and is an apprenticeship in HR.
What you will do?
- HR - 60% of your time
- Day‑to‑day HR administration: manage employment contracts, end‑of‑contract documents and related certificates. Maintain HRIS (Payfit) and liaise with external bodies: occupational health, URSSAF, social security, etc.
- Training & OPCO: handle training file preparation, participant registration with the OPCO, funding applications and training provider relationships.
- International people: manage contracts for our international people and streamline their follow‑up, primarily through Deel.
- PEE / PERCO: contribute to the management of the company savings plans (PEE/PERCO) and participate in a benchmark to identify new provider options.
- Process, legal watch & documentation: document HR processes on Notion, contribute to their continuous improvement and carry out regular legal and social monitoring. Support specific reporting requests (payroll mass, employer cost, etc.).
- Employer Branding & Recruitment – 20% of your time
- Content & employer branding: co‑write or coordinate LinkedIn posts, turn internal topics into engaging content and keep Luni’s careers pages up to date. Track performance and monitor effective formats.
- Candidate experience: benchmark recruitment best practices and propose concrete improvements on candidate messaging, process clarity and content shared at each stage.
- Office – 20% of your time
- Events & vendor management: organise internal events, source venues and vendors, coordinate logistics and be on‑site when needed.
- Remote support & admin: handle travel and accommodation logistics for remote employees and support the team with invoice processing and IT fleet management.
Who you are?
You are in your final years of study (Bac+4/5) with a focus on Human Resources: a dedicated Master’s in HR, a Business / Management degree with HR specialization, or an equivalent path. Beyond the diploma, the following qualities matter:
- Curiosity: you find information independently and from the right sources, comfortable with AI tools.
- Rigour and reliability: precision is non‑negotiable for HR admin.
- Communication: you write and speak well in both French and English (solid level for interacting with international colleagues).
- Eager to learn fast, take initiative and build something real.
