As Didomi continues to grow and strengthen its HR & ESG initiatives, we are looking for a HR Ops & Learning Specialist to join our HR team, currently composed of a HR & ESG Director and a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will focus on learning & development, office life coordination, and HR operational support to enable a best-in-class employee experience across our international teams. You will be reporting to our HR & ESG Director.Our headquarters are based in Paris, and regular travel to our Lille office (subsidiary) will be required to support local initiatives and ensure consistency across sites and our remote teams.You will have the below key responsibilities :Learning & Development (60%)
- Lead the implementation of the company-wide Learning & Development plan in line with Didomi’s strategy, compliance and ESG priorities
- Design and deploy structured learning paths (onboarding, managerial development, soft skills, etc.)
- Build and maintain career development frameworks to support internal mobility and long-term growth
- Partner with managers to identify and address skill gaps, and recommend appropriate learning solutions
- Measure the impact of learning initiatives (participation, feedback collection, performance indicators)
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding operations and processes
- Help document and improve internal HR policies and communications (employee guides, templates)
- Contribute to internal HR communications and campaigns (newsletters, updates, processes)
- Manage our office space as a welcoming and sustainable environment
- Act as the main point of contact for office vendors and daily logistics
- Organize internal events and wellbeing initiatives (physically and on-line remotely)
- Coordinate workspace improvements and employee needs
- Ensure a smooth and engaging office experience (workplace setup, services, supplies)
- 2 to 4 years of experience in generalist HR or L&D roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and French
- Reliable, process-driven, with an eye for continuous improvement
- Highly organized, proactive, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about employee experience, sustainability, and inclusion
- Comfortable working with digital tools and HR systems

- Case study preparation and presentation with our HR & ESG Director (60 min)
- Final ITW with our CEO (30 min)
