Under broad supervision, provides HR support to a business unit or corporate functional area which may include recruiting, selection, and staffing, employment and personnel documentation, job evaluation, compensation, and benefits. Acts as a liaison between departments/companies, all levels of line and staff management, compensation and benefits department, legal counsel, and outside service providers. Role typically requires between 3 and 5 years of experience.
