Job Overview

Catequip S.A.S, part of Marmon Holdings and Berkshire Hathaway, is looking for an HR Support Specialist. The role provides HR support to a business unit or corporate functional area, handling recruiting, selection, staffing, employment and personnel documentation, job evaluation, compensation, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support for recruiting, selection, and staffing.
• Maintain employment and personnel documentation.
• Conduct job evaluation and manage compensation.
• Coordinate and administer benefits programs.
• Act as liaison between departments, line and staff management, compensation and benefits, legal counsel, and external service providers.

Qualifications

• Between 3 and 5 years of HR experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently under broad supervision.
