Your Responsibilities
- Serve as a competent point of contact for employees and managers on all operational HR matters.
- Manage and support all HR processes including managing company cars.
- Proactively support our managers regarding HR-related and labour law issues, and guide them through corresponding processes.
- Take responsibility for the operational implementation of HR measures and processes.
- Actively contribute to HR projects and continuously develop HR processes and reporting.
- Support monthly payroll activities, perform administrative tasks, and assist in managing the company car fleet throughout Europe.
- Collaborate with the CSE and ensure the effective implementation of agreed measures.
What you need to succeed
- You hold a relevant degree or completed vocational training and have knowledge of French labour law.
- Alongside relevant professional experience—ideally as an HR Generalist or Business Partner (f/m/d)—you possess strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- You are characterized by your responsible, reliable and trustworthy approach to work.
- You work independently and autonomously, and enjoy driving initiatives forward.
- You thrive in an international environment and your business‑fluent French and English skills (spoken and written) complete your profile.
