HR Generalist/Compensation Specialist (Full-Time)

Williamson County Government's Human Resources Department is hiring for a Full-Time HR Generalist/Compensation Specialist. This position will help ensure a smooth operation of the County’s HR Department by performing various tasks to assist with the daily operations of: on boarding, application tracking, data entry, compensation, leave administration.

Qualified applicants should possess the following skills: effective communication, knowledge of employment and FMLA regulations, HRIS systems, hiring practices, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Emphasis on compensation, Training, policy development.

Requirements: Associates Degree, Human Resources or similar field is preferred.
