LVMH Beauty Tech is the IT / IS team dedicated to LVMH’s Beauty Division. We are 1000+ experts in 27 countries building, supporting and operating solutions that provide innovation and business value to each LVMH Beauty maison such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe, Benefit, etc.

We provide new technical and innovative solutions, adapted to the challenges of our 16 maisons, taking into consideration their specificities, while following a shared and mutualised model.

In order to support the fast‑paced growth of the Beauty Division, we commenced a significant transformation that will accelerate our development, improve our time to market, leverage our scale and enhance our IT tech components with the aim of innovation.

Missions

As part of the Finance & HR department, you will be responsible for driving the Hire to Retire (H2R) Domain, ensuring the coherence, scalability, and strategic alignment of our HR core model and the HRIS service catalogue offered to our HR Beauty community.

In this capacity you will also lead the CoreHR Program, a key initiative to standardise and optimise HRIS processes across the Beauty Division.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the Beauty Worldwide CoreHR programme (SAP SuccessFactors interfaced with PeopleDoc, payrolls, ServiceNow, etc.), ensuring alignment with HR business needs, IT strategy, LVMH Beauty Division and LVMH Beauty Tech’s transformation goals.
  • Define and implement a scalable Beauty HRIS core model, integrating best practices and ensuring future‑proof solutions, aligned with the LVMH Group core HR & ecosystem.
  • Act as a coordinator between the HRIS business process owners, HR teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver an optimised and efficient HRIS ecosystem worldwide.
  • Manage & prioritise the HR IT roadmap & strategic portfolio for the maisons and the Beauty Division, ensuring preparation and participation in the strategic demand process & governance.
  • Budget portfolio management.
  • Deliver all HRIS‑related application projects for all maisons of the Beauty Division, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and strategic coherence.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners, including consultants and development teams.
  • Ensure the integration and interoperability of HRIS solutions with other IT platforms, in close collaboration with enterprise architects and core back‑end teams.
  • Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks related to project execution and system implementation.
  • Assist and support data quality and change management.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the CoreHR programme.
  • Build and drive the post‑Go‑Live and run organisation with adapted governance, KPIs, etc., within the Beauty Division and with the Group.
  • Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of HR applications, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Provide reporting to Beauty management to give visibility to the build & run activities.
  • Manage external service providers for support and maintenance contracts (TMA).
  • Oversee level 2 support for critical HR applications within your scope.
  • Develop and coordinate Region Beauty Tech HR teams.

Profile

  • Results‑driven and action‑oriented, capable of leading complex, multi‑domain projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to engage with both HR and tech teams.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrates constant drive for efficiency and improvement.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • 15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting, with a focus on large‑scale HR transformation programmes.
  • Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and HRIS system integrations (payrolls, PeopleDoc, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, etc.).
  • Experience in international, multi‑brand, and multi‑entity environments.
