An HR Analyst Intern at Forvia’s Headquarters in Nanterre, reporting directly to the Group HR Tools & Processes Manager and working on several HR projects for the Talent Management team.

Main responsibilities

• Follow Up on HR KPIs for Group HRIS.
• Participate in HR Transformation Projects.
• Maintain the Resignation Power BI Dashboard up to date.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in Data Analysis, Data Science or related fields.
• Power BI proficiency is a must.
• Good presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full proficiency in English is mandatory; French is a plus.
• First experience in Human Resources or Data analysis in an international environment is a plus.
