HR Controlling Apprentice

Roles and Responsibilities

Our Group HR Controlling department is looking for an Apprentice in HR Controlling (M/F) for its headquarters in Nanterre, France.

• Monthly consolidations of headcount, labor costs, and other HR indicators.
• Analysis, consolidation and validation of HR data (Flash, Actual, Forecast, and Budget) at Group level.
• Management of the reporting phases and associated tools: monthly closures, budget preparation and annual closure (social report).
• Analysis and production of monthly reports from the reporting tools for internal clients such as general management, HR, communication, legal, IT, and finance.

Profile and Competencies

Bac +4/+5 degree from a business school or university.

Beginner experience or first experience in HR Controlling, with motivation to analyse HR data in an international context.

• Fluent in English.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with a plus for MS Power Automate.
• Good oral and written expression.
• Strong interest in numbers and analysis.
• Autonomous, rigorous, curious, and adaptable.
• Team player with a sense of service.
• First experience in HR Controlling is advantageous.
