HR Data Analyst Intern

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Our Group HRIS activity is looking for an HR analyst Intern for its Headquarters based in Nanterre. In the headquarters of Forvia, you will be reporting directly to the Group HR Tools & Processes Manager to work on several HR projects for the Talent Management team. You will be working on challenges that matter.

Main responsibilities

• Follow Up on HR KPIs for Group HRIS
• Participate in HR Transformation Projects
• Maintain the Resignation Power BI Dashboard up to date

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Data analysis, Data Science or relevant fields.

• Ability to use Power BI is a must
• Good Presentation Skills
• Great communication skills
• Full proficiency in English is mandatory, French is plus
• A first experience in Human Resources or Data analysis in an international environment is a plus
