The Role and Candidate
As part of our growing European operations, we’re seeking an HR Business Partner – France & Benelux to support our teams in France and contribute to the development of our future operations in Belgium and Luxembourg.
This role combines operational HR support in an established market with the opportunity to help build and implement strong HR structures to support POP MART’s continued expansion in the region.
As a trusted partner to managers and employees, you will support key HR areas including employee relations, recruitment, talent development, and HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager in managing HR operations in France, including HR policies, benefits administration, and labour law compliance.
- Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and team development.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in France and future operations in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Source candidates through local job boards, talent networks, and direct sourcing strategies.
- Organise recruitment days for store openings and seasonal hiring needs.
- Implement structured onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate successfully and understand POP MART’s culture and values.
- Support managers in workforce planning, organisational development, and talent management.
- Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
- Participate in regional HR initiatives such as performance management cycles, compensation reviews, training programs, and HR systems deployment (HRIS).
- Contribute to the implementation of HR frameworks to support the future launch of POP MART operations in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of French labour law; exposure to Belgian or Luxembourg labour law would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving international environment.
- Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
