He/she handles and monitors personnel administration within his/her scope. He/she contributes to the recruitment and integration of employees. He/she is a privileged contact for internal stakeholders.**Job Description**SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIESPersonnel administration
- Ensures and monitors the administration of personnel within its scope (medical check-ups, work periods, tryouts, long-service awards, etc.)
- Centralize and enter employee savings data (PEE, PERCO, etc.) into the tool business
- Manage and monitor temporary employment contracts (integration, hours worked, etc.), in collaboration with the company with service providers (temporary employment agencies, etc.)
- Maintain relations with service providers (temporary employment agencies, etc.) and ensure compliance with their obligations contractual commitments (contracts, billing rates, etc.)
- Support and be a privileged contact for employees
Alternance- Enter and track the files of financing (apprenticeship apprenticeship and contracts professionalization) with funding bodies (OPCO)
Recruitment
- Select applications based on requirements
- Conduct pre-qualification interviews (telephone, videoconferences, etc.)
- Monitor and update activity indicators (number of applications, pre-qualifications, etc.)
- Feedback to candidates
Integration- Prepare employee integration (administrative documents, integration path, etc.), in collaboration with internal stakeholders (IT teams, human resources, etc.)

- Responsible for personnel administration within its scope
- Guarantees the quality and timeliness of recruitments within its scope
- Guarantees the conformity of data entered into business tools
- Be a key contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGEDiploma(s) and/or experience(s)
Bac +2 level in human resources and/or significant experience preferred

- Professional knowledge of human resources (recruitment, personnel administration, etc.)
- Professional legal knowledge (labor law)
