Overview

What others do by day, you do best by night, including perfect cappuccinos at 3:00 AM. You greet the world one person at a time, even when they’re sleepy.

Responsibilities

• Make sure everyone is warmly welcomed as soon as they walk in.
• Help guests at the self‑check‑in kiosks (there is no reception desk).
• Clean, prepare, and serve hot and cold breakfast and meals.
• Brewing coffee or mixing signature cocktails.
• Act as a secret concierge to the city, answering guests’ questions about the best places to visit, eat, shop or party.
• Maintain the living room and canteenM, and arrange food displays for the following shift.
• Assist guests with any requests or demands regarding our facilities (you may gain new tech skills).
• Handle reservations in our property management system (PMS), including the nightly audit.
• Hold the keys to the castle and oversee operations during night shifts.
• Take care of guests, including in emergency situations.

Typical Shifts

• Overnight: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Availability to work weekends is required.
