Responsibilities

  • Carry out hotel guest “check-ins” and “check-outs” in accordance with procedures and protocols.
  • Inform guests about the contents of their booking package and provide guidance on how their stay is organized.
  • Guide and assist guests in the lobby, answer all their questions, and enhance their experience within the Resort.
  • Proactively suggest solutions by offering alternatives (restaurant reservations, pool closures, re-routing, etc.).
  • Perform upselling actions: propose higher-category rooms, breakfast options, etc.
  • Create personalized moments of interaction with guests in line with your hotel’s theme and exceed their expectations.

Strengths & Qualifications

  • You are highly energetic, friendly, and curious.
  • Passionate about hospitality and customer relations, you remain calm and caring in all situations.
  • Empathetic and solution‑oriented, you are able to handle complex situations with professionalism.
  • Previous experience in Front Office/Reception (minimum 1 year) would be a plus.
  • You are fluent in French (C1) and have an upper‑intermediate level of English (B2), as well as an intermediate level (B1) in a third European language.
  • You understand that flexibility is required (weekday and weekend shifts, including both day and night hours) and you enjoy working as part of a team.

Contract : Permanent or fixed‑term contract

Hours : 35 hours per week
